Mortgage crisis how to repeat it

It seems that subprime mortgage crisis and all the down turn have not been enough. We should learn for mistakes. but now subprime are back at 20% of the market, ok this times it’s not toxic investments. it’s gouverment waranty. Let see the US becomes insolvant or becomes old USSR owning everything.

Some bankers and some decision maker in finance should be send to … when they are in trouble they should pay for their mistakes. corporate decision maker (top management) should be responsible for the company. bonus should be paid on the basis of own performance, global performance with a delay to ensure it’s not an inflated bubble. corporate mess then can at least get that part back to try to clean the mess.

I make mistakes you repair. good receipt to get it back. It should be you make mistakes you pay(especially on corporate level where it’s not amateur but professional with big pay).

  1. seems that your a not exactly happy with the financial system. This can possibly be a base but it is a too simple solution to work

  2. Hey there! I have been scanning for a while now on your blog and finally wanted to get the courage up to mention thanks to you. You have impressed me to start my very own blog and it has been going ok so far. I’m trying to start out an general home improvement site, however am not positive if that will eventually work or not. Anyways..thanks for your good example of a nicely run blog.

  3. Not sure if any of your other readers have asked this…but what kind of theme are you using for your blog? I really like the style. Particularly the sidebar. Are these widgetized? I’m running a blog too however cannot ever seem to find my “utopian” theme. This one is really close …however I would perhaps tweak a few things in the header/footer area to match my style. thx.

  4. this is a theme that comes directly from the install, just change some color and enable widget. should be pretty standard. since it’s one of the only 2 free theme include in my hosting, but yep it fit my needs then i use it ;-)

  6. Why would anyone in their right mind want to repeat the mortgage crisis? Maybe we can learn from our mistakes to make sure it does not happen again.

  10. In agreement with your article – the darn government caused this problem by messing with free enterprise. They wanted everyone to be a home owner and look at us now.
